Maggi Evans - A chartered occupational psychologist with over 15 years commercial experience. An active, energetic dog that enjoys a lot of exercise. She is people-oriented, intelligent, creative and exuberant in nature.Rod Macmillan - A Chartered Psychologist with over thirty years of business experience working in industry in assessment and development roles internationally. A great report-writer of psychometric data with strong feedback and coaching skills, Rod is a real asset on many client-facing jobs.Kate Hardesty - An HR professional by training and practice (most recently at Centrica), now the ‘glue’ that holds the r.d.i operation together. With so many of us travelling and working at different client sites, hotels etc., Kate’s role is fundamental.Chris Scott - Chris has over twenty five years of commercial experience gained with UK and US multi-national Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies including Reckitt & Colman, Kimberly-Clark and BAT; working in the Sales, Marketing and IT functions. He has a huge amount of experience in training and development environments and, before moving into consulting in the 00s, he worked for Merrill Lynch in the States, where he met Hugo when they were working on the ML Global Managers’ Excellence Program at Harvard.Malcolm Smith - Malcolm is our psychometrician ~ his ability to make sense of psychometric data, engagement survey data, culture audits and other scoring systems are an essential element of our research and development focus. If you want sense made of data, simple messages from complexity, Malcolm is the man.Clive Barrow - Clive is our man in AsiaPac. Based out of New Zealand, he supports r.d.i’s leadership programmes and executive coaching across Asia. He has been an associate with r.d.i for over ten years, initially in the UK, and thereby offers consistency and reliability to our offer across different geographies. Jamie Duncan - Jamie has two roles in the business, one supporting leadership workshops and change programmes with his enormously positive and encouraging outlook on life; the other is in business development, helping r.d.i find new markets and new service offerings. A (rather large) ball of energy!David Harland - Dave is our software development specialist. He has been instrumental in developing our Engagement Survey database, administration, analysis and reporting processes and works closely with our clients’ IT Departments to make that delicate technological interface work for all of us!
